 Akshar centre of education follows the system of integral education as formulated by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. Integral means total our system also addresses the totality of the being. Our aim is to nurture and develop five principle aspects of a child – physical emotional volitional mental and spiritual. Yogic traditions say “The mind is like the agitated surface of a lake. Calm the mind so that the sun of knowledge can reflect in it without distortion”. Akshar strongly believes knowledge is not something that it seeks to impart to the children rather evoked from within.
